They are also high in fiber, which has also been linked to lower inflammation levels, as well as a better regulation of blood sugar. Psoriasis is an inflammatory condition, and it can be extremely painful, so you should get as many anti-inflammatory antioxidants as you can in your diet.

Scientists have been finding out that blueberries also may boost memory and fight heart disease. Other fruits that have anti-inflammatory properties are strawberries, mangoes and figs.
4.) Fish And Other Seafood
People with psoriasis have an overactive immune system, as well as have inflammation, and fishes and other seafood reduce both of these. They also provide omega-3 fatty acids, which are very good for heart health. Psoriasis is linked to a higher risk of heart attack and stroke, so the omega-3 fatty acids can help reduce this risk. If you do like green vegetables, try: spinach, kale and broccoli in your diet. You can add all of the ingredients to make a delicious salad.
