On the other hand, trailer parks have a bad reputation, so you do have to make sure that it is a nice one.
When you find a mobile home to buy in a trailer park, the entire land issue has been resolved. You probably won’t own the lot on which the home stands, however. Rather, you will have to pay a small monthly charge. The lot, meanwhile, will also be quite small. You may find this a benefit, because it means that you have less land to look after as well.
